This award was presented by the Minister for Home Affairs during the closing of a Senior Leadership Seminar held at Weruweru River Lodge in Kilimanjaro.
While presenting the certificate, the Minister praised NIDA for its efforts in addressing public concerns and complaints, receiving suggestions, feedback, and even praises from the public.
